Fall 2026 at Perennial Vintage

My season is finally here. Fall: it's my favorite.

Jeans, sweaters, jackets, and boots- this is when my shop is finally serving the purpose I wait all year for, and I've got your back. Literally. Sweaters and jackets and all the goodies. 

Check out the shop now for wool, denim, and thick outerwear that suits the next two seasons.

I will have regular sales throughout the seasons, so check back often if you have your eye on something. I'm not one to hold onto my inventory because the season is always moving faster than I want it to. And I don't want to have a closet full of sweaters.

Also, don't wait to purchase. I just had a customer so angry with herself for putting an item in her cart, waiting to check out, and someone else bought the sweater she wanted! Gotta get 'em when you see 'em.

The crazy thing about selling vintage fall and winter wear is that I stock up on the pieces throughout the year. Often, I list them in the shop even if it's in the middle of summer, because you never know if someone is planning a winter travel trip, or they live in a cooler spot where sweaters and thick wools are needed year-round.

I don't sell internationally anymore due to costs, lost items, and frustrations by my customers and me. But when I did, I would sell so many sweaters in summer to Australia (and the like) because their climate is the opposite of ours. It was pretty fun.

Sometimes, I miss selling internationally. I do ship to Canada (but not when the tariff situation happens - I have had to put Canada on hold until things turn back to "normal"- whatever and whenever that is.) 

But I don't miss lost packages and angry customers. When it leaves my office, it's out of my hands... that's what buyers don't understand. I don't know any more than the customer does. Sigh. But I digress.

Happy fall, my vintage friends. Even if it's a bit warmer than you'd like right now (we're having a visit from summer this week, but hopefully fall re-emerges after that), think fall-ish things: leaves, boots, sweaters, and rain.

Whenever fall turns to a temporary summer once again, I make sure to get out early in the morning for a walk (it's still so nice and cool), and open up the house to trap the cold, free natural air conditioning. 

It sure helps it to feel a bit more autumnal, even if the outside thermometer says otherwise.
